Sally Haynes’ background as an executive assistant, as well as her leadership experience as sales manager, trainer and mentor, has given her a strong foundation in organization, attention to details and ability to choose the right people for the team. She graduated from Robert Morris College, successfully completed the Appraiser Course at Triton College, became licensed in Illinois Real Estate Sales in 1996, obtained an Illinois Broker License in 1998 and holds a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Association of Realtors. Sally is also a professional BPO agent and has completed many valuations for Clear Capital, Pro-Teck Valuation Services, First American Residential Value and Mark to Market, who manage assets and provide services for many banks, mortgage lenders and investors. Additionally, Sally is a member in good standing of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Keller Williams Realty International and Keller Williams Realty Partners.
Mitch Krasinski is a buyer and tenant specialist who is great at thinking outside of the box to get the job done. He listens to our clients’ needs, guides them to focus on what’s really important and finds the perfect homes for them. Mitch has been increasing his focus with sellers and listings, particularly reaching out to for sale by owners and his sphere of influence to secure listings for the team. He also handles many of the listing and sales tasks such as meeting appraisers, inspectors and contractors, checking on properties and managing lockboxes. Tom Tyrka is a buyer and tenant specialist who graduated from Westwood College of Technology with an Associate Degree in Graphic Design, in fact, he is the designer of the team logo. Tom obtained his Illinois Real Estate Salesperson License in 2004 and began a successful career as a professional BPO agent for Bank of America in 2006 consistently completing hundreds of BPO valuations each year. He also holds a short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Association of Realtors. Tom is an extremely hard working individual who is very dedicated to the real estate industry. Additionally, Tom is a member in good standing of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Keller Williams Realty International and Keller Williams Realty Partners.
Gayle Huberty is a top notch listing agent and expert buyer’s agent who really hears what the client says when describing the type of property they desire and then finds the perfect match. Licensed in 1996, Gayle has an extreme amount of knowledge of the Chicago area, particularly the Northwest Side and surrounding northwest suburbs. She has an uncanny way of helping sellers and buyers focus on the positives in properties without overlooking major negative aspects to be addressed.
